Creation Rules

- Standard Delta Green point allocation

- Agents should have some French or German in their vocabulary. It is recommended that agents be within the 21 to 35 age range. I will accept older agents but there will be age-related penalties and no benefits.

- It is highly encouraged that players coordinate while creating your characters. In descending order of priority you will want at least one of the following:
1.) An infiltrator | Stealth, Survival, Melee, Criminology
2.) Someone proficient in demolitions and heavy weapons | Artillery, Demolitions, Heavy Weapons
3.) A radio operator | Computer Science, Military Science, SIGINT
4.) And at least one agent with high charisma aligned skills | Bureaucracy, HUMINT, Persuade
5.) A field medic | First Aid, Medicine, Pharmacy, Psychotherapy

'Additional Skill' Homebrew: Don't feel the need to wring your hands creating a bunch of different skills. 'Art' can mean painting, sculpting, etc. ‘Computer Science’ can double as electrical engineering and codebreaking. 'Criminology' will double as locksmithing, pickpocketing, etc.

'Language' Homebrew: A 40 will automatically convince non-language speakers that you are proficient. A 70 will automatically convince language speakers you are proficient. Anything less will require a roll.

Bonds (Not just a mechanic)

In classical Delta Green games, bonds are little more than a mechanic. Used to stave off the eventual descent into madness. However in pbp format, and for sure in my games, they will be a driving part of the narrative. You are encouraged to get to know your bonds. Those players that put narrative into their bonds will be richly rewarded. Not just in roleplay, but also mechanically.
